Saturday

light morning refreshment: beverages and shakes, followed by

10:00 - 12:00 Workshop: MELT for Forward Bends and Back Bends
12:30 - 2:00 Lunch

2:00 - 5:00 Free time : visit Beacon and the Museum, or just rest, read, take a stroll in the gardens!

5:00 - 6:00pm Workshop: MELT for Yogic Breathing and Relaxation

6.30pm - 8:00 Nuritrition and cooking workshop
(learn what your bodies need) with Dages
8:30pm Dinner

Departure Sunday  

light morning refreshment: beverages and shakes, followed by

10:00 - 12:00 Workshop: MELT for Twists and Side Bends

12:30 - 2:00 Lunch

2:00 - 4:00 pm Free time / Departure
