We offer information about the nutritional and energetic properties of the whole foods we use; we relish in introducing folks to new ways of using their food choices to nourish their lives. Retreats also feature a hands-on cooking class with plenty of personal attention and time for Q&A.

We love to cook whole foods that make people feel and look their very best. Dages and Sarah manage the nutritional design as well as cook at The Garden's retreats; they also offer private nutritional counseling and workshops through their Manhattan based business, Delicious Dialogues and Sarah Wilhelm Wellnss, respectively. They are graduates of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
