Ellen is dedicated to making yoga accessible to practitioners of all levels and backgrounds. She provides a challenging, yet accessible style of power vinyasa yoga that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance. Ellen’s intention is to give her students an experience of overall wellness and self-empowerment - on and off the mat.
Weekend Overview:

2:00 - 5:00 Free time : In room masseuse by appointment, visit Beacon and the Museum, or just rest, read, take a stroll in the gardens!

6.30pm - 8:00 Nuritrition and cooking workshop
