Soup – it’s delicious, easy to make, and a helpful digestive aid. Clear soups balance a hearty meal while thick soups can be a meal all in themselves. They're good any time of the year, but on a cold day in winter, there’s certainly nothing more welcoming than a big pot of soup bubbling away on the stove.
Join us in Chelsea for a Nutritional Talk, hands on Cooking Class and Dining, on Sunday, February 12th (from 6pm-9pm) as we warm up with restorative and satisfying, seasonal soups.
Our menu will include:
Soups
1. Daikon, Scallion and Ginger Soup
2. Curried Red Lentil and Squash Soup
3. Carrot Beet Soup with Tofu Sour Cream
Salad
Bitter Greens with Fennel, Balsamic Vinaigrette and Pistachios
Grain
Wild Rice Pilaf with Cranberries and Toasted Almonds
Send me a message if you want to come, to reserve your spot. Class is limited to 10 people. $75 per person.
