Through nurturing and loving guidance our yoga instructors instill an appreciation for alignment as well as a fluid connection of body to body and body to space. The body's sensations are loosened and awakened to allow a deeper appreciation of one's self and one's environment. Through the practice of asana we may bring this thoughtful and heartfelt awareness to our selves, our loved ones, and our community.
